Anti-Bullying Week

Academy students took part in various different activities during the week to raise the issue of bullying.  One group conducted a survey on bullying, highlighting on a map where they feel bullying could take place within the academy. Another group created a ‘hand print’ tree where they wrote on each hand print with a different  piece of advice on what to do if you are been bullied. This also gave students an opportunity to apologise if they had said anything unkind to hurt somebody.

Five of our students - Morgan Money, Hannah Lee, Ronni Chase, Bethan Taylor and Frankie Hardiman  - carefully planned and delivered an assembly for all three Chapters with facts, figures and advice on what to do if you are bullied.
