Our Vision and Values

Courage

Courage is needed as a student within the school community. Courage to take risks, to rise to a challenge, to venture into something new and to share ideas. Courage is needed to raise hands and ask questions and answer questions too, knowing full well there may be some mistakes made along the way.  It takes courage to make good choices in the face of fear or obstacles that we may face.

Take courage. Do not let your hands be weak, for your work shall be rewarded’.  2 Chronicles 15:7

Compassion

We believe in cultivating compassion around school. Using our voices for kindness and hands for charity, it is our desire to create a school culture of love, thoughtfulness and forgiveness in an environment where these beliefs are valued and practiced.

Clothe yourself with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.’ Colossians 3:126

Community

Being an active part of the community helps us reflect and respond to an immediate need whether it be a student or a local charity on a fundraising drive.  We work collaboratively with locally based charities, churches and foodbanks and encourage students to engage in these experiences to participate in active citizenship.

Do not forget to do good and share with others…’ Hebrews 13:16
