On Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th July, we welcomed our new cohort of year 7 students into the Academy for two induction days.

Students took part in a variety of activities across the two days, including experiencing  some lessons they will be taking in September. Students spent the day in their mentor groups and many made new friends.

We were so impressed with how the year 6 students conducted themselves over the two days.  We had many compliments from staff about how engaged students were in their lessons.

It was a pleasure to see them all so excited to return to us on the Thursday and we look forward to formally welcoming them to the Academy on Friday 2nd September to start their journey with us.
