On Thursday 19^th June students in Years 7 & 8, and those involved in the Duke of Edinburgh Award, received a special visit from our friends at St John Ambulance. The informative trainers spoke about the history of the organisation and went through lots of simple first aid tips and tricks. After receiving a crash-course in CPR (featuring a mass singalong of "I would walk 500 miles") it was time for everyone to get stuck in! Students rotated around three interactive 'stations' where they had a go at performing CPR on an adult, a child and a baby.
